At a glance
- Exported Word documents now carry your organisation's branding, images, and diagrams without manual reformatting.
- Tender Intelligence QA now reviews photos and visuals in answers for captions, sizing, and relevance before you submit.
- Someone other than the usual expert can now run the tender workflow end to end and hand back a styled, QA-checked document ready for review.
What's new
Branded Word exports. Cover pages, running headers, footers, and page numbers now style themselves to your brand colours and fonts. Set your defaults under Settings → Customisation → Brand & styling: upload your logo, define your brand colours, and choose a cover image. These apply to every export automatically. You can override the client logo or project photo for individual projects in Project settings, so you can keep one UpliftRFP workspace while exporting with the right branding for each client.
Images and diagrams in answers. Upload photos via the Insert image button: resize, align, and wrap text around them. Add inline captions with a floating toolbar option to remove them if needed. Eva can suggest and insert branded diagrams (Phases, Timeline, Key Points) directly from your answer content. Images and diagrams are kept when answers are regenerated or bulk-drafted, and they export into your final Word document.
Section table export. Sections can now export as a two-column Q&A table instead of outline layout. Toggle this via the section menu: Export as table or Export as outline.
Tender Intelligence QA for visuals. QA now reviews uploaded photos and embedded diagrams, not only the surrounding text. It flags missing captions, poor sizing, or diagrams that don't align with the answer content. Diagrams that support the prose are not flagged as redundant.
Why it matters
The manual formatting phase after drafting vanishes, but the bigger shift is in who can start a tender. Because branding, images, and diagrams now apply automatically and consistently, someone other than the usual SME, whether that's an office administrator, junior team member, or a colleague picking up the workload, can run the front end of the process themselves: the kickoff meeting, the gap analysis, drafting answers, and inserting images and diagrams that are already styled to brand.
By the time the SME needs to look at the tender, they're reviewing a document that's fully informed, consistent, QA checked, and visually complete, not starting from a blank page. That flips who typically opens a tender file first. The SME's time goes into reviewing and refining, not initiating and formatting.
Visual review is now built into the QA workflow too, so issues with captions, sizing, or diagram relevance are flagged before submission, not caught by the client after the tender lands.
Who this is for
Owners and CEOs: You no longer need to be the one who kicks off every tender. An office administrator or junior team member can run the workflow, from kickoff meeting through to drafting and inserting styled images and diagrams, and hand you a document that's ready for your review, not your rebuild.
Office administrators and junior team members: You can now start a tender from the front end, following the structured workflow, and produce a branded, visually complete draft without needing design skills or sign-off on formatting choices along the way.
Tender coordinators managing multiple clients: Per-project brand overrides let you keep one UpliftRFP workspace while exporting with the right logo and colours for each client.
Get started
All features are available now on UpliftRFP Standard and above plans. Branded exports, image upload, and Eva diagram suggestions are live in the editor. Tender Intelligence QA visual checks are active for all answers.
Find Brand & styling under Settings → Customisation. Upload images via the Insert image button in any answer. Review QA flags in the Tender Intelligence panel before you export.
Start with a single tender: set your brand colours and logo, run the kickoff and gap analysis stages, embed a photo or diagram into one answer, and export to Word to see the full result.
Frequently asked questions about branded exports and visuals
Can I override the brand for individual projects?
Yes. Set your default brand under Settings → Customisation, then override the client logo or project photo in individual Project settings.
Do images stay in answers if I regenerate or bulk-draft?
Yes. Images and diagrams are preserved through regeneration and bulk-drafting and export into your final Word document.
What does Tender Intelligence QA check in visuals?
QA reviews photos and embedded diagrams for missing captions, poor sizing, and diagrams that don't align with the surrounding answer text. It does not flag diagrams as redundant if they support the prose.
Can someone other than the usual tender lead start a tender using this workflow?
Yes. Because branding, images, and diagrams are applied consistently and checked by Tender Intelligence QA, an office administrator or junior team member can run the kickoff meeting, gap analysis, and drafting stages, then hand the SME a document that's ready for review rather than a blank draft.
