Notifications

    What triggers in-app and email notifications, how to manage them, and what to do when you stop receiving them.

    UpliftRFP notifies you of events relevant to your work both in-app (via the bell in the header) and by email. You can access the full notifications history from the bell icon or from the Notifications page.

    Types of notification

    • Processing complete — a document upload or bulk generation job has finished.
    • Question assigned — a question has been assigned to you within a tender response.
    • Task assigned — a project or question task has been assigned to you.
    • Comment mention — a colleague has mentioned you in a comment on a project or question.
    • Question reassigned — a question previously assigned to you has been reassigned to someone else.

    In-app notifications

    • Click the bell icon in the top header to see a panel of recent notifications.
    • A count badge on the bell shows how many unread notifications you have.
    • Click a notification to navigate directly to the relevant project, question, or task.
    • For a full history, open the Notifications page — accessible from the bell panel or from the sidebar if shown.

    Email notifications

    • Email notifications are sent for the most important events, such as assignments and mentions.
    • If you are not receiving emails, check your spam folder and add the UpliftRFP sending address to your safe list.
    • You can manage your email notification preferences in Settings → Your Profile.
