Settings
Every Settings tab explained — profile, organisation, Organisation Intelligence, workspaces, billing, and team management.
Open Settings from the sidebar. The tabs visible to you depend on whether you are in a personal or organisation workspace and your role within it. Admins see additional tabs such as Team Management.
Your Profile
- Update your display name, email address, and avatar.
- Set your preferred language for the interface if options are available.
- Manage your notification preferences — see the Notifications article for details.
Organisation Details
- Set the name, description, and business website for the active organisation workspace.
Customisation
- This is one of the highest-impact areas in the product. It teaches the AI about your organisation so generated answers reflect your voice, capabilities, and standards.
- Company Purpose: describes what your organisation does. The AI uses this to ground answers in your company's identity and strengths.
- Brand Tone of Voice: your preferred writing style — tone, vocabulary, formality, and any conventions you follow.
- Custom Prompt: additional instructions and rules for how the AI should respond, including your target audience and any non-negotiables.
- About Your Organisation, Writing Style & Preferences, and Standing Instructions: an additional set of AI-maintained intelligence fields that are rebuilt automatically from your Content Vault documents. See the Customisation article for details.
Workspaces
- Create new organisation workspaces, switch your active workspace, and manage which workspaces you belong to.
- If you need to add team members, switch to the organisation workspace first, then go to Team Management.
Billing
- View your current plan, usage against limits (active responses, storage, seats), and upgrade or manage your subscription.
- Billing is per organisation workspace; personal workspaces may have their own separate billing.
- If features are greyed out or creation is blocked, check Billing to see whether you have reached a plan limit.
Team Management
- Visible to organisation admins only.
- Invite new members by email, view pending invitations, change member roles, and remove members.
- Role changes take effect immediately; removed members lose access straight away.
