Project Preview
Review your response structure, question status, and answer content in a clean read-only view before exporting.
Project Preview gives you a clean, document-style view of your tender response before you commit to an export. It is useful for a final read-through, for sharing a quick summary with a colleague, and for spotting layout or structure issues that are harder to see in the editor view.
Opening Project Preview
- From the project page, look for the Preview button in the top actions area.
- Preview opens in the same tab or in a dedicated view — you can navigate back to the project page to make edits and return to Preview to check them.
Navigating the preview
- The Table of contents on the left (or top) lets you jump directly to any section or question.
- For large tenders the table of contents is essential for navigating quickly — use it rather than scrolling.
- Each question shows its current status badge alongside the answer content, so you can see at a glance which questions are complete and which still need work.
What you can do in Preview
- Each question card shows a status badge, the question text, and the answer content.
- Click Open question on any card to jump directly to that question's editor to make changes — you are not locked into read-only mode.
- Click Mark as completed on any question to set its status to Completed without leaving the preview.
- Preview reflects the current saved state of your answers. If you made changes and did not save them, they will not appear.
- Preview is not the same as the exported document — the export will format the content differently. Use Preview for a structural review, not as a substitute for checking the exported Word file.
Useful before export
- Check that every section is present and in the right order.
- Confirm every question shows a Completed status badge.
- Read through the answers in sequence to check the overall flow and consistency.
- Use Open question on any card that needs work, make edits, then return to Preview to confirm the changes look right.
