Project sidebar — Status, team, tasks, comments, activity
The five tabs in the right-hand sidebar on the project page: what each does and how to use them effectively.
The right-hand sidebar on the project page has five tabs: Status, Team, Tasks, Comments, and Activity. These give you progress visibility and collaboration tools without leaving the main project view.
Status
- Shows a breakdown of your questions by status: Unanswered, In progress, Complete, and Needs Attention, along with an overall completion percentage.
- When you have enough draft activity, a button to launch Tender Intelligence QA appears here — this is often the quickest route to start a QA run.
- Use the Status tab before your submission deadline to confirm all questions are complete and none are left on Needs Attention.
Team
- Available in organisation workspaces. Lists the members of your workspace and shows how questions are distributed.
- Assign questions or sections to specific team members from this tab or from individual question rows.
- Assignees receive a notification when a question is assigned to them.
Tasks
- Create project-level tasks — for example, 'Confirm our H&S accreditation number', 'Get approval from Director before submitting', or 'Chase legal for the standard terms clause'.
- Assign tasks to team members and mark them complete when done.
- Tasks here are scoped to this project. Cross-project tasks appear on the Dashboard.
Comments
- Project-level discussion thread. Use it for notes that apply to the whole response — submission strategy, known constraints, or briefing information for the team.
- Mention team members using @ to send them a notification.
- For question-specific discussion, use the Comments tab on the individual question page instead.
Activity
- A chronological log of changes to the project: answers saved, status changes, questions assigned, generation runs started, and more.
- Useful for auditing changes, seeing what your team has done since you last logged in, and tracking when bulk generation finished.
